Joining is free. Purchases made before your loyalty account exists do not count toward points or Status.
Use the same email at checkout. Paid orders are matched to your account and normally appear within about five minutes.

Status accrual began July 21, 2026. For each member, only paid purchases made after their loyalty account was created count.
Points and annual Status spend are based on eligible merchandise, including Bulk Pricing purchases. Shipping and tax do not count.
Full refunds reverse all points earned on the order. Partial refunds reverse points proportionally. A points balance can become negative if the original points were already spent.
ShopRocket accepts one discount per order. While Status pricing is active, new $5 reward redemptions are paused so your points are not spent on a coupon that cannot be combined.
