Your information

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Rocket Supply Co Inc. collects, why we use it, and the choices available to customers and visitors. It also explains how seller marketplace information is handled separately for internal operations.

Effective August 6, 2026 Last updated August 6, 2026
Customer commerce

Account, checkout, payment-status, fulfillment, and support data help us serve customers.

Seller operations

Amazon seller data and any future eBay connection stay separate from website customer accounts.

Server-side credentials

Marketplace tokens and sensitive service credentials are not placed in public browser code.

01

Scope

This policy applies to the Rocket Supply Co website, customer accounts, online purchases, loyalty and bulk-pricing programs, product questions and reviews, customer support, and the internal administration tools used to operate those services.

It also covers seller-side marketplace information that Rocket Supply Co obtains through authorized business integrations. It does not replace the privacy notices of payment providers, marketplaces, or other third-party services you use directly.

02

Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account details such as email address, name, phone number, password credentials managed by our authentication provider, and saved addresses.
  • Order and checkout details such as products, quantities, totals, discounts, tax, shipping and billing addresses, and order status.
  • Support messages, including your name, email address, order number, message, and any information you choose to include.
  • Bulk-pricing requests, loyalty activity, product questions, reviews, display names, ratings, and review photos you choose to submit.

Payment and transaction information

New website payments use a secure hosted checkout provider. Payment-card details are entered directly with that provider. Rocket Supply Co receives and stores related transaction references, payment status, amounts, refund records, and other information needed to fulfill and account for the order, but our native commerce database is not designed to store full payment-card numbers.

Information collected automatically

When you use the website, hosting, security, and analytics systems may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from network information, interaction events, and timestamps. The site also uses local or session browser storage for functions described below.

03

How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and secure accounts, remember saved addresses, and provide order history;
  • process checkout, payments, tax, refunds, shipping, delivery tracking, and transactional messages;
  • operate Rocket Rewards, annual Rocket Status, and approved bulk-pricing access;
  • respond to support requests and moderate product questions, reviews, and photos;
  • measure site performance, understand use of the website, and evaluate advertising conversions;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, duplicate processing, and technical failures;
  • reconcile sales and fulfillment records and maintain financial, fulfillment, loyalty, security, and audit history; and
  • comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
04

Seller marketplace data is handled separately

Rocket Supply Co uses Amazon Selling Partner API access for authorized seller operations. The current sales-import workflow is designed to retain a restricted operational set, such as marketplace, order timing and status, fulfillment channel, seller SKU, ASIN, quantities, totals, and mapping or reconciliation status. Provider order and line identities are stored as keyed digests rather than full external identifiers, and the importer is designed to exclude buyer names, email addresses, shipping addresses, phone numbers, payment credentials, and raw provider responses.

Rocket Supply Co is preparing, but has not activated, an eBay production connection. If the seller authorizes it, the requested access will be limited to read-only fulfillment and order data for internal sales, fulfillment, mapping, and reconciliation work. It will not authorize Rocket Supply Co's website to change eBay listings, inventory, offers, prices, cancellations, refunds, or messages.

Seller marketplace credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, and refresh tokens are kept in server-side systems and are not exposed through public website code. Marketplace information is not used to add records to a website customer's account merely because that person purchased on a marketplace.

05

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information to service providers when needed to run the business and the website. The categories of providers we use include:

  • website hosting, content delivery, database, storage, authentication, and server-infrastructure providers;
  • checkout, payment, discount, refund, and tax-processing providers;
  • shipping, label, fulfillment-status, and delivery-tracking providers;
  • transactional email and customer-communication providers;
  • contact-form, fraud-prevention, security, and bot-protection providers;
  • site analytics, advertising measurement, and conversion-reporting providers;
  • authorized seller marketplaces and marketplace-integration providers; and
  • legacy commerce infrastructure retained for order history, audit, and temporary rollback purposes.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect customers or the business, investigate misuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Some privacy laws use specialized definitions of a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising. Analytics and advertising disclosures may be treated differently depending on the law that applies to you. See “Your choices and rights” below to contact us about an applicable opt-out request.

06

Cookies, analytics, and browser storage

The website uses analytics and advertising measurement tools on public pages, including conversion measurement after checkout. These technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure visits, interactions, and advertising results.

The site also uses browser local storage or session storage for functional purposes, including the shopping cart, sign-in and pricing session state, a ZIP code entered for delivery estimates, and short-lived approval or navigation flows. Our authentication provider may use browser storage to maintain an authenticated session.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy controls offered by relevant service providers. Blocking required browser storage may prevent account, cart, checkout, or delivery-estimate features from working correctly. The current site does not respond to every browser “Do Not Track” signal in a uniform way because there is no common industry standard for those signals.

07

Retention

Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. We keep account and operational information while it is needed to provide the service. Transactional, tax, payment-status, refund, fulfillment, loyalty, security, and audit records may be kept longer when needed for accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or reliable system history. We do not state one universal retention period because those needs differ by record.

When information is no longer needed for an applicable purpose, it may be deleted, de-identified, or retained in a restricted archive when deletion is not appropriate or legally permitted.

08

Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed for the information and systems involved. These include authenticated and role-restricted administration, database access policies, server-side handling of sensitive service credentials, webhook verification, idempotent audit records, and limits on what marketplace data is retained or shown in the browser.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you should use a unique password and protect access to your email and Rocket Supply Co account.

09

Your choices and rights

You can update profile details and saved addresses in My Account. You can also use browser and provider controls to limit cookies and analytics technologies.

Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of information, restriction or objection to certain processing, or an opt-out from certain analytics or advertising disclosures. To make a request, email hello@rocketsupplyco.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

We may need to verify your identity before acting. Some information may be retained when required or permitted for transaction history, accounting, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the rights of others. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator where applicable.

10

Children

The website is a general-audience retail service intended for people who can lawfully create an account and make purchases. It is not designed as a child-directed service. If you believe a child provided personal information through the website, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

11

International processing

Rocket Supply Co is based in California, United States. Our service providers and marketplace platforms may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy protections and government access rules may differ from those in your location. Contact us if you have questions about cross-border processing of your information.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services, integrations, and legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective or last-updated date. If a change materially affects how we handle information, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
